Coordinator of Recruitment, Inclusion and Retention|
The Coordinator will assist in the continuous efforts to strengthen and diversify the Gates Chili Central School District (GCCSD) workforce. The Coordinator will assist in the creation of an inclusive culture, by recruiting, supporting and diversifying a highly-qualified workforce. The Coordinator will work to design and implement initiatives and processes for recruiting and retaining talent that reflects the student population that GCCSD serves. The Coordinator will work to uphold law and policy related to creating and maintaining an atmosphere that is free from discrimination and harassment.
Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum of five (5) years of successful professional employment experience in
education, with prior administrative experience required.
Completion of Masters Program with degree in human resources, organizational
systems, education administration, communications and/or other related field.
Successful experience in recruiting, working with and retaining a diverse workforce.
Familiarity with culturally responsive practices.
Valid New York State certification as a School District Administrator (SDA).
Working knowledge of Federal and State laws and regulations concerning education
and labor/employment matters.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may
find appropriate and acceptable.
