Responsibilities:
Create design deliverables and shape the future of Coupas Travel & Expensing productsCollaborate with stakeholders to define feature requirementsWork closely with researchers and assist/lead research initiatives for discovery and design direction validationRapidly iterate on designs and work with stakeholders to align on feature directionPresent designs and supporting research findings to stakeholdersWork with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented as intendedEvaluate and monitor the success rate of previously deployed featuresCollaborate with the global UX team regarding best practices, design language, internal tooling and overall process efficiencies
Requirements:
5+ years industry design experience with 3+ years designing within a complex enterprise domainStrong understanding and real world use of user-centered design practicesUnderstanding and experienced utilizing UX research methodologies and measurable success metric definitionAn appreciation for accessibility standards and inclusive design principlesCan effectively communicate with stakeholders to realize your design visionTravel/Expensing domain experience a plusExperience working in a fast-paced global environment building enterprise products a plusVisual design experience a plusFigma expertise preferredGoogle Analytics and/or Pendo experience a plusCandidates in close proximity to San Mateo, CA or Seattle, WA preferred, remote opportunities available with preference towards Pacific Standard TimePortfolio demonstrating previous design projects, candidates without portfolios will not be considered#LI-Remote
