2+ years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorUnderstanding of Salesforce.com best practicesTechnical proficiency in the Salesforce.com Platform, including custom objects, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, reporting, dashboards, and advanced formula fieldsStrong project management and documentation skills, with the ability to effortlessly multi-task while ensuring timely delivery of projects and, more importantly, valuable business resultsExperience responding to production support requests and troubleshooting issues.Excellent customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and a record of exceeding customer expectationsProven experience with business process optimizationStrong accountability, teamwork, and initiativeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCertified SFDC App Builder or Administrator a plusExperience with Visual Workflow and Salesforce Lightning a plus
