• Software, Technology Services, Internet, Semiconductors, Communications Equipment, Alternative Energy and Electronics

Responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing companies using financial modeling and valuation techniques

• Examining the impact of a transaction on a client’s capital structure

• Analyzing the consequences of mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts

Applicants
are required to have a degree from a 4-year college or university. And possess
equivalent experience of at least one year with Investment Banking. CS is noted
