We are looking for a Global HR Operations Manager to join our growing People organization. This role will drive the transformation of our overall HR Operations service delivery model by optimizing and redesigning HR processes and HR technologies. You'll evaluate our current working model and collaborate with HR Business Partners and global stakeholders by recommending and implementing improved policies and procedures to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.You will coach, mentor, and develop team members to ensure their skills, knowledge, and responsibilities align with the group/company goals and maintain effective morale, productivity, and capability. This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Global HR Operations and Technology.
Manage a global team across India, Europe & USA to drive an exceptional experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle from Onboarding to termination. Evaluate our programs and processes, identify any gaps, and develop execution plans with your team, as the business continues to scale globallyManage HR day-to-day operations including report generation, data management, and data audits. Create and maintain knowledge base materials such as process workflows, detailed step-by-step procedures standard operation procedure (SOP), or job aids and ensures team usage Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines that impact or govern the Human Resources function, including SOX compliance and GDPR protocols.Coordinate with payroll and IT teams to ensure proper data integrity, data transfer, and assist with reporting for data validationImproving the overall employee experience by strengthening the operational foundation for the business.Collaborate with other members of the People Team to manage and improve the People Ops Helpdesk. Work with IT to design scalable support processes, defining and delivering ambitious SLAs.Project Management: Lead various HR projects assess objectives, scope, establish project timelines, and hold team members accountable to deliver results.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience5-8 years of progressive HR experience in global HR Operations which include Shared Services system-related technology, processes, and metrics.Experience in implementation of a global HCM, Ceridian experience preferred but not requiredHands-on experience developing, recommending, and implementing global HR operational solutions and automated processes to drive self-service, and increase employee satisfaction.Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to effectively manage numerous concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing global environment.Excellent written and verbal communication to prepare high-quality documents to influence strategy.Strong management, leadership, and analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure work is performed timely and accurately.Experience in managing SOX program, internal audit, and a global HR Operations teamDemonstrated knowledge of the HR function & processes with experience implementing processes and SOP to build automation and efficiencyStrong knowledge of G-Suite Products, MS Office, and advanced Excel skills.
