As the Senior Operations Analyst responsible for partner and alliance management you will be the founding member of a growing operation alliances team that will be supporting all partner payments and overall reconciliation responsibilities. In this role your primary focus will be the consolidation of all partner billing and usage based payment operations ensuring consistent processing and documentation for all current and future agreements. This position will be working with all internal stakeholders currently supporting a partner relationship including future acquisitions and net new engagements. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for ensuring accurate and aligned processes, will be able to support multiple internal organizations, and effectively the reporting responsibilities for all third party partners and external customers. Responsibilities: Review all current partner billing and rebate agreements ensuring an aligned and documented process for reporting and paymentsStrong partnership with alliance leader to ensure overall operational alignment and clear understanding of future direction and strategic visionBuild and support a global team that will drive day-to-day operations of the newly consolidated organizationActive management of all open POs ensuring adequate funding, review as they approach expiration, and support for synergistic consolidation with existing Coupa agreementsOwn all net new agreements through either acquisition or internal program expansion, supporting new supplier onboarding and respective reportingSupport ad-hoc operations related projects as deemed necessary by supporting Director / operations teamSupport all other internal organizations currently managing partner processes including but not limited to; Travel, Treasury Management, Coupa Pay, Coupa Link, Coupa Advantage and Revenue Qualifications: 4+ years experience in business operations or financial analysisAbility to think outside the box, with a keen focus on operational efficiency.Experience with standard software tools (Salesforce, Google Suite, CPQ tools, etc.).Highly productive and proactive with minimal oversight.Project management experience in Business Operations a plus.Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.Ability to communicate effectively between all levels within the organization. Hands-on: willingness to roll up your sleeves on all projects regardless of scope.
