Director, New Flows Performance Management|
New Flows represents a key strategic growth area for Visa, as we expand beyond core consumer card payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals, businesses, and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B have also provided Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand, expertise, and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2b, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc). The New Flows target market offers more than 185T in potential volume, and growth in New Flows is a Board-level aspiration for the company, with an aggressive net revenue CAGR forecast of 25%+ over the next five years.
The New Flows Performance Management Director will be responsible for establishing and driving global/regional New Flows scorecards management, commercial performance and pipeline tracking to support revenue goals across the business units. Reporting to the global head of New Flows Commercial Operations, the candidate will lead and implement measurements and KPIs including sales and pipeline trends, sales productivity, performance reporting, and managing/optimizing sales processes for success.
Build and manage New Flows performance management muscle and reporting capabilities to track scorecard metrics and goals to drive accountability across our business units including VBS, Visa Direct, and VGS as well as measure the revenue and volume impact of our strategic initiatives
Provides real-time visibility of team’s performance across business units within the New Flows organization and further identifies areas of opportunity to improve revenue growth and efficiencies long term
Management and leadership across both New Flows forecasting and actuals through scorecards and metrics
Establish and manage New Flows compensation models, incentives and rewards, compensation and bonus tracking
Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights across our sales cycles and performance
Support annual and quarterly activities to drive awareness on progress across our goals as well as highlight opportunities to drive actionable insights
Establishing ongoing management reporting cadence and communication across New Flows business performance
Partner with business unit sales teams on operational and analytical requests to support strategic initiatives including pipeline discipline, account planning, goal target setting, business performance analysis, etc.
Deliver robust opportunity and revenue pipelines for use at all levels of the Business Unit, mapped to regional pipelines and priorities
Develop relationships and processes with finance, HR, regional sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address reporting requirements
Lead and manage performance team to deliver regular reporting across New Flows and support management business reviews and QBRs
Flexible Work Arrangement:
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
