Senior Director - Platform Foundational, Digital Platform Products
Visa Digital Platform Products team is seeking an unconventional, visionary, and driven product leader for driving their Digital Platform foundational strategy and execution. Visa Digital Platform enables digital payment experiences, drives Token adoption, and improves payment transaction approval rates with significant reduction in fraud rates. Our platform enables cardholders to make payments across a variety of payment experiences, managing risk, and enhancing security of the payment transaction. As Product leader, you will serve as a senior member of our leadership team and own the roadmap, positioning, go-to-market strategy and execution of the evolution of the digital platform. You will define, design, and package capabilities to address both external and internal customer needs. In this role, you love what you do and instinctively know how to make work fun. You will be dynamic and creative, and willing to take on any challenge, work across teams, and make a big impact. You enjoy communicating with partners. You will have a passion for helping both internal and external clients and understand how our platform can help take token adoption to the next level. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and help refine the most complex technical concepts into coherent value propositions that make business sense to clients and partners. Be a role model for boundary-less collaboration. You will work hand-in-hand with many internal and external stakeholders to translate market insight into features and roadmap, support product marketing to develop messaging and promotional content, drive product launches and adoption programs, and enable business development, solution architecture, sales and partners. Possess a hybrid, results-oriented skill-set. While the ideal candidate is highly capable doing the inbound activities involved in building great products, you can focus your energy outbound as well. You are comfortable hands-on in the trenches executing on deliverables as needed to grow your products. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
