Marketing Analyst, NA Client Marketing

The U.S. Client & Sponsorship Marketing Analyst role will support the development and execution of client programs that optimize the use of Visa marketing capabilities, services, platforms, and sponsorship assets (e.g., NFL, Olympics, US Soccer, FIFA, Hudson Yards). This analyst is responsible for supporting partnership relationships with Visa’s clients, primarily merchants and cobrand card partners, and building outstanding B2C and B2B2C marketing plans that support business goals for both Visa and its clients. This position fills a key role in our expanded focus on client marketing efforts.

This Analyst will be able to thrive in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment. This individual will be results-driven, flexible, and have a “can do”, positive demeanor. Additionally, you have a consistent track record in working collaboratively with internal team members and external clients. The analyst should be detail oriented, have very strong project management skills and be thoughtful when preparing materials for clients.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support the sell-in and execution of B2C and B2B2C marketing programs for clients by coordinating the activities of internal Visa cross-functional teams and external agency partners

  • Provide project management support for client marketing programs, including running weekly client status calls, drafting agendas and call notes, leading creative development process with the agency, routing materials for vital approvals, managing post campaign tracking and analytics

  • Manage agency partners during client program development, including routing materials for review and securing customer approvals

  • Work cross-functionally to maintain clear communications and secure internal customer alignment

  • Participate in conceptualization and development of custom marketing programs across Visa platforms and sponsorship assets

  • Developing high-quality presentation decks for both executive and client presentations

  • Development and routing of legal agreements

  • Purchase Order creation and management

  • Project timeline and budget management

  • Program tracking and results management

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
