Commercialization and Go To Market Manager, VBS Global Cardable Product
Visa Business Solutions (VBS) Global Cardable Product Commercialization Team has responsibility for ensuring adherence to Visa’s Go to Market and Product Development and Delivery process across the full suite of Visa Business Solutions Cardable Product solutions, including: P&L accountability, development of product vision for Visa's commercial solutions, creation of issuer segment strategies, commercialization of new and enhanced products and services, pricing, and product engagement issuing financial institutions and partners. The team serves financial institutions and their downstream clients, fintechs, and other partners by providing payment products and services to large and middle market corporate/multinational companies, governments and commercial supply chain/B2B segments. The Global Commercialization Team works collaboratively with the Product, Platform, Partnerships, Servicing, Technology and Commercial Sales Teams as well as other regions, ensuring alignment on market positioning and collaborative product development across all functional areas globally. Job Description/Essential Functions We are seeking a Commercialization Manager who can collaborate with key business and technology partners to support product development and delivery for new product features, functionality and new product launches end-to-end through the product lifecycle. The right candidate is a self-starter, ready to learn and experiment, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the launch and growth of multiple VBS Card Products features, functionality and new products across a wide range of workstreams including Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, Client Service and Product. This position requires working with teams that follow Agile practices as well as traditional product development and delivery methods. In conjunction with the Product Owner, this person will help to develop our strategy and toolset to support new features as they go to market. This role will be adept at using core product collateral and sale-enablement content as a method to empower customers and increase product adoption. This is NOT a technical program management role. This role will work directly with the Visa Card Products Global product managers to bring the features, functionality and product vision to life and deliver upon it.
