Troubleshoot processes and equipment, enforce company policies, and handle emergencies. Promote safety and maintain high employee morale. You will report to the Production Superintendent and work rotating shifts onsite with your team. This is a safety sensitive position.</li></ul><p></p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Safety Leadership: Familiarize with and model company safety practices, ensuring jobs are performed safely and correctly. Promote a “Do It Right” atmosphere.</li><li>Operational Monitoring: Oversee operating activities, data, lab reports, and logs. Guide operators on plant equipment.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all operators are familiar with OSHA 1910 requirements, including Process Safety Management, Management of Change, Operator Training, Certification, and Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li>Work Orders and Permits: Initiate work orders and issue safe work, hot work, and vessel entry permits, following lockout/tagout procedures.</li><li>Continuous Learning: Promote continuous learning and ensure operator training and progression programs are effective.
